The coating bottle is only one part of the job—surface condition, panel preparation and careful levelling decide the result.

Before you begin

Wash and chemically decontaminate the vehicle thoroughly. Clay only when bonded contamination remains, and polish where defects or prior protection would prevent a uniform bond.

The right approach

Use panel wipe with clean, low-lint towels and inspect from several angles. Arrange applicators, levelling towels, lighting and a timer before opening the coating bottle.

REJDI TIP

Consistency beats force. Use clean tools, controlled product amounts and enough light to see what the surface is telling you.

Final checks

Work in small sections inside the product’s stated temperature and humidity range. Level residue at the correct time, inspect for high spots and keep the car dry during the initial cure period.

Quick checklist

  • Work on a cool, stable surface
  • Keep clean and used tools separate
  • Test first when material compatibility is uncertain
  • Read the manufacturer label before use
